UI/UX Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ui/ux designerwho is eager to gain real-world experience in sales, communication, client handling, and business growth strategies. The candidate will work closely with the business and marketing team to identify potential clients, support lead generation activities, and contribute to the company's growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students or freshers who are passionate about technology, communication, networking, and building professional experience in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities through research and outreach
Support lead generation activities using email, linkedin, and social media platforms
Communicate with prospective clients and maintain professional follow-ups
Help prepare business proposals, presentations, and company profiles
Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams during client discussions and project planning
Maintain and update client records, reports, and lead databases

Requirement & Qualification

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, BIM, BCA, BIT, marketing, management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of business communication and professional email writing
Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting ideas
Good Research, analytical, and organizational abilities
Familiarity with microsoft office, google workspace, or presentation tools
